I have recently joined Buttermilk, working on the GAP team to create community-first social moments that spark conversation and drive conversion. Identifying on-brand and trend-driven influencers from nanos to macros to carefully target varying customers through creative campaigns. Managing campaigns from start to finish, including monitoring deliverables and analysing data upon campaign completion.

Working across traditional and influencer PR and social media content creation and management with a wide range of interiors clients, securing organic placements with top-tier creators across a range of social platforms, as well as within digital and print publications.

During my time at TRACE Publicity I worked on a plethora of influencer campaigns from organic gifting, micro partnerships and long-term ambassadorships, managing talent, deliverables, contracts, budgets and reporting, as well as overseeing creation direction of content at photoshoots. I also managed creative mailers and events from ideation to completion, including budget management throughout. Working across the UK and Irish markets, I had the pleasure of working with a range of leading UK and global fashion and beauty brands including Sephora, GUESS, Rituals, Gossard, EviDenS de Beauté.In my later months as a Digital Executive, I managed my own team, including a junior who I worked closely with to monitor progression, overseeing workflows and ensuring we were on track to exceed our personal and professional targets. Additionally, I managed the influencer and VIP guest list and dressing for LFW each season for Paul Costelloe, alongside managing our agency’s social channels.

Working as a Team Leader at Brewers Fayre I was involved in many aspects of the hospitality industry which I hadn't been exposed to before when working with an independent business, which has broadened my knowledge of the industry, including managing the finances on a daily basis, ensuring any call outs are kept on top of and managing staff throughout each shift. I took charge of our site’s Spotlight website, using customer feedback as a basis for team training to continually improve the service we provided and in turn increase foot traffic to our restaurant.

I begun at Äkta Norr by creating a social strategy which I implemented over a number of weeks, ranging from curating and editing posts and stories on Instagram; interacting with followers and creating end of month reports to detail how our page has performed, followed by recommendations and a strategic plan for the upcoming month. Within the first two weeks I saw our content interactions increase by 118%, as well as our account reach increase by over 250 accounts.

Working at Royal Home Services covered a range of areas within clients' homes, including simple weekly housekeeping as well as reorganising specific spaces, for example bedrooms, dressing areas and wardrobes to ensure clients have a beautiful, well organised area to get ready everyday.

Working at Wagamama allowed me to broaden my knowledge working behind a bar, as well as serving customers by taking orders and ensuring their visit was always up to our high standard. This was a challenging role as everyone had to adapt to work appropriately around Covid-19 and meant we adopted new practices to ensure everyones' health and safety.

This was a fast-paced and demanding environment that required me to be aware of both customer and staff needs at all times, whilst managing my team throughout shifts. Working between multiple departments at once, I always maintained faultless customer service. I also managed the phones and booking system as well as organising floor plans to ensure all bookings received any desired requests for their visit.

At Trace Publicity, I began working alongside the digital and showroom departments and was soon working independently. Some of my duties during this placement included setting up showrooms at the start of each day to ensure immaculate presentation for visitors and meetings; uploading stock to the company’s GPS system; carrying out call backs following shoots and VIP dressing placements. Each day I updated the events calendar, collated influencer lists then personally delivered press packages to them and produced brand reports on media exposure clippings.

As a team member, I would rotate through departments, managing one area, whilst supporting colleagues with theirs. Serving customers at the till; looking up products online to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction; maintaining fitting room standards and assisting customers; ensuring the shop floor was tidy and that any health and safety hazards were dealt with immediately.
