Below is a summary of my duties and responsibilities:• Arranging meetings with newly employed candidates and completing pre-employment clearances to ensure they are equipped for the role.• Monitoring and updating NMC / GMC registration reports to ensure appropriate registration is in place.• Monitoring and updating Immigration status report on a monthly basis ensuring employees have appropriate Visa's in place to work within the UK.• Liaising with Occupational Health to ensure appointments are arranged to receive clearances in a timely manner.• Liaising with managers to ensure start dates are in place for new employees.• Attending and note taking at meetings.• Providing smart cards to employees who require them and ensuring they have the appropriate access.• Action amendment forms on a monthly basis.• Liaising with internal and external users i.e. NMC when registrations of employees have expired.
