From rebuilding the catering department at a small family-owned theme park from the ground up to overseeing the day to day operations at the world-famous Victoria & Albert's Restaurant, my career is deliberate... I've sought opportunities to continually grow and challenge my perspective of the "guest experience". Connecting with people is what I do exceptionally well. Turning a stagnant and dry occurrence into a dynamic and memory-filled experience is what drives me... what turns the wheel of my imagination.
