Key Accomplishments:• Assisted in the redesign and merge implementation of new ATS system from Taleo to SuccessFactors.• Collaborated with sourcing both active and passive candidates through a variety of methods including internet job boards, networking, social media, industry events and job fairs, local schools, and other creative strategies.• Maintained recruiting dashboards for all recruiting related activities to assess performance against required metrics.• Provided administrative support to over 400 on and off-site employees and collaborate with other human resource business partners to obtain required data, approvals, access and documents.
