End to end P&L responsibility and management of corporate business units; Finance, Legal, People & Culture, CTO and Corporate Affairs, totalling $0.5b+ operational expense per annum. Leading a finance team as well as influencing Execs in execution of the day-to-day and integrated operating plan to achieve cost and headcount targets.

Financial Management of $0.5b per annum IT Capex portfolio, modelling of annual roadmap, budget and quarterly forecast as well as monthly analysis and stakeholder management across IT leadership team and various BU representatives to drive efficiencies in project financial management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Month End processing, and timely & accurate analysis of Systems Integration and Consulting business unit financials.- Forecasting and Budgeting for Systems Integration and Consulting business units.- Monthly financial reviews with Project Managers to ensure on-time and on-budget fixed price and time & material projects.- Monthly financial reviews with Business Unit Directors to ensure accurate results and forecasting.- Assisting Account Executives in pricing for new fixed price and time & time and material projects.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS- Refined a suite of reports for monthly distribution to business unit leaders and project managers, which provided concise and accurate analysis for better project management.- Implementation and roll-out of a Financial Awareness training program to project managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Fortnightly reviews with all project managers to manage and support them in CIO projects (CSC Internal projects).- Monthly reviews with all Finance Directors to manage and support them in F&A Initiatives.- Providing accurate and timely reporting on all projects on a weekly basis.- Management and upkeep of PMO intranet page.- Project Management of small projects when PMs unavailable.ACHIEVEMENTS- Learning project management skills.- Successfully managing this, and team leader role, simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Managed team of 5 transactional analysts.- Provided training and development of team.- Provided standard reports to all CSC business units for leave management, labour hours, utilisation and profit and loss transactions.- Management of Intercompany Work Orders across CSC Australia including initiation, billing and reporting.- Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS- Implementation and roll-out of SAP, Cognos and Excel training to 15 new off-shore resources over the course of 5 weeks.- Successful performance management of underperforming team member.- Completing series of Finance “Learning Lunches” on Intercompany Work Order process and Leave Mgmt Reporting to business employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Month End processing, and timely & accurate analysis of Human Resources, Chief Information Office, Legal, Marketing and Facilities group financials.- Forecasting and budgeting for all G&A functions.- Corporate submission of Chief Information Office and Facilities Mgmt financials on a monthly basis.- Monthly financial reviews with all G&A VPs and Directors to ensure accurate results and forecasting.- Processing monthly intercompany charges, cost accruals and balance sheet reconciliations for CIO and Facilities projects and offices.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS- Implementation and rollout of new Facilities and IT allocation methodology to all CSC business units.- Project Leader on F&A initiative called MIA (Most Important Assets), designed to build team camaraderie and general staff satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Weekly labour reporting.- Monthly labour and P&L reporting, and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.- Financial management of GTS Internal Systems delivery unit.- Adhoc reporting and analysis requirements from senior finance members and business unit Project Managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES- General Ledger maintenance of cost centres, profit centres, cost elements and hierarchies.- Processing month end journal postings, and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.- Month End reporting into Hyperion. - Local management of company insurance’s, including workers compensation for each state and assisting in staff claims.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Daily vendor queries, invoice coding, data entry, and supplier reconciliations.- Weekly processing of domestic and international telegraphic transfer payments.
