Financial Management of $0.5b per annum IT Capex portfolio, modelling of annual roadmap, budget and quarterly forecast as well as monthly analysis and stakeholder management across IT leadership team and various BU representatives to drive efficiencies in project financial management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Month End processing, and timely & accurate analysis of Systems Integration and Consulting business unit financials.- Forecasting and Budgeting for Systems Integration and Consulting business units.- Monthly financial reviews with Project Managers to ensure on-time and on-budget fixed price and time & material projects.- Monthly.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Fortnightly reviews with all project managers to manage and support them in CIO projects (CSC Internal projects).- Monthly reviews with all Finance Directors to manage and support them in F&A Initiatives.- Providing accurate and timely reporting on all projects on a weekly basis.- Management and upkeep of PMO intranet page.- Project.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Weekly labour reporting.- Monthly labour and P&L reporting, and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.- Financial management of GTS Internal Systems delivery unit.- Adhoc reporting and analysis requirements from senior finance members and business unit Project Managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES- General Ledger maintenance of cost centres, profit centres, cost elements and hierarchies.- Processing month end journal postings, and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.- Month End reporting into Hyperion. - Local management of company insurance’s, including workers compensation for each state and assisting in staff claims.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Daily vendor queries, invoice coding, data entry, and supplier reconciliations.- Weekly processing of domestic and international telegraphic transfer payments.
