The Chief People Operations Officer provides leadership within the Human Resources/Operations function and supports all areas of Tevatan Corporation by developing and implementing Human Resources systems that attract, retain, develop, motivate, and reward a productive and engaged workforce. Reporting to the Managing Partner, the CPOO formulates and oversee Human Resources planning, policies, and practices in collaboration with executive leadership. As a member of the senior leadership team, the CPOO leads the development of Tevatan's vision, policies, and short/long-term people objectives. The CPOO oversees all HR practices and initiatives, including staff recruitment and development, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, capacity planning, and organizational development. The CPOO is responsible for maintaining knowledge of Human Resources trends and implement cost effective and efficient solutions.

Partner with executive team on the execution of strategic Human Resources initiatives and all phases of the talent lifecycle in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Overall responsibility for the leadership of Human Resources, Volunteers and associated Employee Health services. Manage teams remotely when not on site. Partner with Human Resources Centers of Excellence (COE) to drive and execute metrics. Managed Human Resources Business Partners and Coordinators.

Reported to the Division VP and assigned Hospital CEO. Provided the highest level of client services by building strong relationships, training and influencing, contributed to new business prospecting and timely and accurate project planning and Human Resources management.

Supported Jo-Ann's strategic business objectives through the effective assessment, design, development, delivery and reinforcement of organizational talent solutions resulting in improved individual and organizational performance. Responsible for leading Talent Development initiatives across the country for all retail stores, distribution centers and corporate employees. 450 stores - 5 distribution centers. Managed day to day operations for department including 2 Talent Development Supervisors, and 12 professionals supporting field, store and corporate learning.

Corporate function with responsibilities for seven hospitals. Drove Human Resources Development operations, service excellence and continuous improvement practices across the system. Served as an internal Human Resources Consultant and Business Partner to department/division Presidents, Vice-Presidents, Directors and Managers.
