Most recent roles were VP Global Market Access and Strategic Evidence at Seagen and VP Real World Value and Evidence (RW V&E) at Janssen, leading a group of over 90 people, developing tailored value propositions for key US stakeholders including large payers, IDNs, PBMs, large oncology community practices, generating evidence packages that would ultimately resonate with payers, clinicians and patients, supporting pricing frameworks and producing market access analytics to inform strategy and execution. Additional previous key roles include heading two Global Centers of Excellence in HTA & Economic Modeling; leading an HEOR department in a UK affiliate with responsibility for NICE/SMC submissions, evidence generation and field force tools; multiple Global Therapeutic Area Head positions producing value evidence to support launches, including the simultaneous launches of 3 oncology products.
