This included creating sport schedules and start lists, budget forecasting, scoping venue accessibility and creating a tailored volunteer programme.• Using a peer-led approach, designed and configured an activity management solution with JustGo (external software provider) to transform the way beneficiaries access support online while providing live insight data for event management reporting.
