I am hardworking & self-motivated with a wide range of experience in both the Insurance and Social Service Fields. Much of my experience focuses on Compliance and Quality Control. During my time with ADP, LLC. I helped to develop trending reports for the Sr. Management Team relies on observing compliance and regulatory issues. I believe I have strong communication abilities which helped in creating and maintaining all compliance training. The training(s) applied to each department of ADP Insurance Services and Automatic Data Processing Insurance Agency, Inc.In my social services positions, I have accomplished a well-rounded career, ranging from my current position as Quality Assurance Coordinator II to past positions as a Compliance Officer, Residential Manager, and working in NJ State DDD day programs.
