Current- As Director, Client management I am responsible for leading my clients forward by evolving support models, driving cost out of their operations & continually finding opportunities for Blue Ocean to add value..
- Create & Partner with WFM Director on annual workforce strategy
- Create weekly reports for the Senior Leadership team that highlights the operational status
- Create yearly revenue & expense budgets for the programs under my pillar, work with my PMs to manage to budget.
- Account planning Ownership - Set the strategic account direction with my program managers aligned to our client’s strategic outcomes.
- Oversight/Accountability of Customer Experience delivery
