The best part of my job is being able to satisfy customers from the moment they step in the store until they leave the store. Knowing that you have made a difference to customers through offering products and services to improve their homes makes my job worth while as I know they will feel confident and achieve their DIY goals. For every happy customer you’ll always have two unhappy customers, I thrive on this statistic as my goal is to make sure problems always have a solution and make sure they are satisfied before leaving.I have also dealt with Trade customers and have spent time signing Trade customers up to the Trade card and selling the benefits. Also whilst at Sainsbury’s I had the opportunity to shadow in the HR department for one week, which I found very beneficial and informative.
