• Dispatch Manager: Currently oversee four dispatchers and manage the workload for 60 HVAC technicians including service calls and contract maintenance. Created reports for technicians by reading prints. Managed accounting by tracking project margins and billing. Worked closely with TAB Manager to transition technicians to electronic reporting system. • Accounts Payable Coordinator (previous): Tracked technician field purchases through purchase orders.
