Responsible for overseeing revenue cycle management for LabCorp's subsidiary laboratories and clinical trials locations. Representing approximately $500 million in revenue, my team is responsible for all components (order to cash). Subsidiary offices and staff are located in 9 locations across the country. Our teams work with site management to align resources to ensure maximum cash collections and reduced AR write off via the following:* managing key performance indicators (DSO, cash factor, bad debt)* applying lean six sigma principals * leveraging outsourcing opportunities* delivering exemplary customer experiences* utilizing automation where applicableI also serve as a member of LabCorp's due diligence team for potential Mergers & Acquisition opportunities representing the billing department's contingent.

In this role, I managed the coordination of resources between the operating divisions and corporate departments to convert acquired laboratories to LabCorp's standard lab and billing platforms. This was accomplished through Project Management.
