Prepare reports to Board audit committee and footnotes to the 10-K and 10-Qs. Revamped the litigation group to be more efficient and proactive. Reduced legal spend by more than 50%. Created cutting edge arbitration agreement designed to eliminate exposure to class and collective actions while mitigating the risk of mass arbitrations.
