As an integral part of the Information Technology team, my team supports many operational departments in data and software application needs; including clinical, enrollment, finance, and provider networking and contracting. Manage an $8 million dollar budget and a team of 25 including contractors, a small team off 5 offshore developers. Included on my team are Applications Development, Data Integration and Interfaces Development, Database and Database applications development, Quality Assurance and Production Support.• Implemented a Quality Assurance Team including processes and procedures and introduced a change control process.• Implemented Jira process for Development, Bug and QA tracking.• Negotiated contracts with external vendors for third party software and custom upgrades.• As an integral part of the implementation of a new program, One Care led many key groups and projects to upgrade our systems to support the increase in our member base by 150%.  Managed the team that implemented eClinicalworks EMR as the replacement for our case management system. Implemented across 9 locations and 300 users. Including training, customization requirements, and vendor management.  Managed the Database Development group that implemented both the data migration from logician to eClincalworks for our BMC clinic to move to CCA managed systems. Implemented a new provider system, for provider Network Management and Credentialing, using Cactus. Working side by side with the business owner, Project Manager and Vendor, to define requirements, data migration, testing and implementation.  Implemented an online Provider Directory using Cactus’s Idirectory. Managed the with the Integration team to interface the provider system with eClinicalworks and Market Prominence, our enrollment and reconciliation system.

Managed three SQL Developers and a Systems Administrator, coordinated projects with Project Managers and Business Analysts.• Managed the enhancement and release of the automated version of the data warehouse build, managed the ongoing releases and Build schedule. • Managed Database Projects such as: Provider Network reports to CMS and Mass Health to get the counties approved for our products sales.• Managed Market Prominence, Medicare/Medicaid Eligibility and premium reconciliation system. Design, code, test and release code for Statement Processing and Tax Lot Accounting Server. An Object Oriented design written in C++ on a Unix Platform, includes, parsing, data structures, reading/writing and updating oracle databases using OCI, writing to files and error handling.

Managed systems integration testing project for synchronization between client server environment and mainframe environment.

Managed an on-line distribution, review and commenting project for the Shareholder Reporting Process using Interleaf’s Relational Database Manager, Worldview and Access.Managed implementation and testing of the Notes scheduling application used across five companies and six departments. Purchased, installed and administered an OS2 Notes server and 30 clients. Prototyped an automated publishing environment using SQL, Access and Smartleaf. Developed a Sybase relational database and Uniface GUI interface to support data for automating Shareholder Report composition.

As a Consultant Engineer in the Industrial Facilities Group, I designed, procured and installed material handling systems for various manufacturing firms using tools such as AutoCad, lotus 1-2-3 and revelation database software to design layouts, create data models and parts lists.
