I have been with Edward Jones for 19 years as a Branch Office Administrator. I am the voice of the office as I am the person clients talk to when they call in and the face they see when they walk in. I maintain all non-financial aspects of account management, all appointment preparation, and working with my Financial Advisor I prepare client reports for review. I have had multiple leadership positions over the years including Service Advocate, Mentor Coordinator, Culture of Compliance Liaison, and current Event Coordinator. At the same time, I have supported my Financial Advisor in his leadership roles as Client Solutions Leader, Production Leader, and currently Future Forward Leader. Through the leadership roles I have acquired skills team leadership, teamwork, event planning, and public speaking.
