Beth Blakeman is a broadcast industry veteran whose background includes programming, promotion and news. Now she has added non-traditional marketing, consulting, outreach and special events to her resume - as well as commissioned artwork (mixed media, non-representational) Blake has been on the air in Philadelphia, Baltimore, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., Orlando, Phoenix, Tucson, Albuquerque, Trenton, NJ and Concord NH, where she brought promotional fame to WKXL by creating THIS ISLAND EARTH, a 10-week environmental radio game winner of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF BROADCASTERS “BEST OF THE BEST” Community Service Award.Blake also designed/ directed “THE MUSIC ZONE SNOWBANK” and “THE VIETNAM VETERANS’MEMORIAL WALL AND SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE” which brought the Vietnam Veterans Moving Wall for its premier visit to New Hampshire.Blake was the brains and the voice behind the “SEND OUR SUPPORT” radio extravaganza which demonstrated support to American troops during Desert Storm.
