Score standardized testing essays on a variety of projects in a work-from-home setting using the project's rubric, documents, and scoring products provided by the client. Required to qualify for each project, as well as to maintain confidentiality and consistent productivity. Projects include standardized essays for the CMAS, SAT, ACT, PARCC, MCAS, KSA, and TX STAAR EOC. Essays reflect personal opinion responses, expository writing, persuasive writing, argumentative essay, literary research simulation, or literary analysis, depending on the project and prompt. Student grade levels range from Third Grade to Eleventh Grade, as well as college-bound students.

Live proctoring of exam candidates who are taking accreditation tests online by monitoring candidate behavior and surroundings during the test and ensuring exam security. Responsible for enforcing client / Pearson exam requirements via applying the VUE exam matrix protocols: observing conduct, reminding testers of exam security requirements, and reporting exam matrix violations. Recognized for having excellent quality assurance statistics and transferred to the ANSI clients’ queue.

I assist the staff the El Paso County Attorney's Office--Human Services Division. I write Judge's Orders based on attorney worksheets, and I correct Orders that have been proofed by attorneys. I pull files for the upcoming docket, make conformed photocopies of Orders, and return files to their drawers. I scan documents for discovery at the records office, and I have practice performing redactions on these documents. I have created Pleadings for the Civil Division, including the Cover Sheet, Complaint, and Summons for county code violations. I handle various other clerical duties as requested.

I volunteered at the Information Desk in the El Paso County Courthouse, directing people to the part of the courthouse that they needed, including courtrooms, the Jury room, the Self-Help room, the Clerk of Courts, Court Care, and Finance. In addition, I previously volunteered in the court's Records Department doing filing and scanning. I met a number of great people. I frequently worked in the secure Juvenile vault, placing original documents back into the files in date order. I also filed in the Criminal case section. I kept files in good order and located some misfiled folders. I spent one day on a project scanning closed files. I also have performed quality control by ensuring that each document in certain files has been scanned, is readable, and is in the correct order. Finally, I observed the performance of background check requests.

I began as a clerk & assistant, performing filing duties and daily / necessary errands. I assisted the Vice President with spreadsheets, correspondence, and other administrative support. I would revise/edit the company form letter to new borrowers for spelling and accuracy. I assisted with questions on WordPerfect 5.1 and Lotus 1-2-3. I was responsible for maintaining company records on annual benefits accrued/used, balancing petty cash, and providing receptionist back-up. Position Change: From 12/96 - 02/01, I worked as an Operations Assistant, creating/updating procedure manuals for my department and analyzing incoming loan documents for completeness, conformity with company policy, and compliance with federal & state regulations. I routed incoming loans through the required steps for brokering or servicing. I prepared the welcome letter & coupons for new customers. I generated the reports necessary for the month-end disbursement of funds on all serviced accounts. I produced internal reports and mass-mailing form letters via report writers in the company’s receivables/collections systems. I assisted staff with Word 2000 questions and ordered office supplies. I ordered advertising and updated ads until 1998.
