As part of this initiative the Data Center was out sourced to a co-location eliminating the in house systems.• Hired and trained staff in Dallas to support legacy systems, while upgrading infrastructure and restaurant technology to become PCI compliant and provide off the shelf software solutions to replace custom developed applications that were outdated and difficult to maintain.• Deployed new Point of Sale hardware and software to all 58 Fox & Hound restaurants.• Selected new restaurant networking and Wi-Fi solution. Deployed to all 83 Fox & Hound and Champp’s Restaurants to improve security for PCI and improved guest Wi-Fi with an annual savings of $150k.• Implemented Crunch Time inventory management solution to all Fox & Hound restaurants.• Managed point of sale team to build Micros point of sale database for Champp’s restaurants. • Converted Champp’s from Aloha point of sale to Micros to reduce system management and support complexity.• Managed and recommended new server hardware and storage to improve network redundancy and stability. • Worked with 3rd party accounting group to replace custom polling application for both sales and payroll processing.
