About Beth Burrows

As soon as I step on campus, I look around at the faces of the teachers, students and parents and am so grateful to be a part of such a wonderful, supportive learning community. My students are engaged and excited to have conversations about the books they are reading independently and often have book talks as part of our home learning sharing sessions. My students have gained a greater sense of internal motivation and no longer ask for stickers and stamps, but instead ask, “What can I do better next time?” or “How can I get my need met?”
