An internal secondment to manage the data logger project (a national transition to a new temperature monitoring device used for the transportation of blood and blood products across Australia). Ensured all quality and regulatory requirements were met at all stages of the project including continual governance reporting on project timelines, budget and project risks.

Recruited to assist the Property, Equipment and services team with supplier performance, contract management and supplier relationship management activities. - Developed and implemented a supplier performance management and reporting framework- Worked with Tier 1 suppliers to improve performance, managing performance issues and being the escalation point for reoccurring performance concerns. - Conducted contract management activities including contract renewals, ensuring contract compliance and supplier relationship management. - Consumable management during COVID-19 to ensure continuity of supply for key medical consumables, including developing strategies to triple stock holdings whilst managing prices in an environment where medical PPE prices were surging from global demand.
