• Provide clinical applications support and consultation services to Change Healthcare Cardiology customers, over the phone, via remote connection and in-person at customer hospital sites. • Act as a clinical resource and Cardiology department subject matter expert to Customer Success department staff and management. • Work in collaboration with Tier 3 and Engineering to provide feedback and clinical expertise that can be utilized towards product enhancement. • Provide remote support to end-users of Change Healthcare Cardiology cardiac monitoring and evaluation applications. • Participate in diagnosing software and basic hardware malfunctions and giving direction / training and guidance to other members of the Invasive support team and software development groups to identify and resolve problems. • Involved in monitoring, gathering and analyzing data from various product sources and bio-medical literature in order to determine clinical significance of observed events and present findings at company internal and customer forums. • Interpret clinical user requirements and develop/convey engineering specifications to assigned product development groups.

In my role as lead cardiovascular technologist, I am responsible for documenting the results of the procedures performed and entering the appropriate charges and credits per exam. I am responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels for the daily and on call schedules. I am responsible for ordering and maintaining appropriate supply levels of the department. I train new employees on the different roles they will be performing in the lab. I also perform yearly staff evaluations.

In my role as a quantitative reader, I perform the duty of studying diseases and other types of physical problems which affect humans with the aim of improving the available treatment options and lowering the occurrence of some diseases. I utilize 3D reconstruction via the Vitrea application to evaluate cardiac images for case workup for cardiac research. I am proficient in performing quantitative coronary analysis of coronary vessels. I input the data into EClinicals to be further evaluated by a Qualitative reader.

I serve as a project manager to consult with clients regarding best clinical practices (e.g., work flow, image acquisition, protocols, image quality, etc) and to develop training plans for doctors, nurses, and technologists at each location to ensure best utilization of TAMS products and services for diagnostic imaging modality and to assess need for additional training or development.I travel extensively in the United States to perform post installation training for new and existing customers of cardiovascular and peripheral vascular medical equipment laboratories. I provide appropriate follow up with customers to ensure continuing satisfaction with equipment performance.
