• Build and develop professional relationships by agreeing service requirements and ensuring all parties are kept informed of relevant information in order to enhance customer loyalty and revenue generation. • To develop relationships with new clients and register them with ID Medical• To take ownership of new team members in becoming effective in their roles and growing the talent of existing team members • To support and promote all new initiatives implemented into the business• To meet monthly agreed targets / KPI’s• To maintain regular contact with clients, and reviewing:- Vacant positions for nurses- Satisfaction with current suppliers• To understand and display key elements of the sales process• To ensure that all booking procedures are completed in full every time• To liaise with the consultant team to extend nurses already working ID Medical assignments.• To grow and expand your section of the database and manage your Clients• To account manage existing groups of Clients, servicing their needs and requirements, whilst maintaining a professional working relationship• To manage a positive presence on the desk – motivating self and others and to work together as a team with your colleagues and provide full support to your team manager• To deliver and attend meetings and training as required• To lead and develope a team of 8 people, including 4 account managers and 4 support staff.• To review agreed objectives/action plan on a weekly basis to ensure they are reflective of evolving business requirements. • Continually develop own knowledge and skills in line with departmental, organisational, market and customer requirements.
