Teach general music classes and direct choir for grades K-5 at Tavola Elementary School

I teach grades K-5 at three schools within the district. I teach singing, Orff instruments, drumming, movement and dance, music notation and literacy, guitar, recorder, and listening skills. I prepare students for four open house performances each year, as well as two school sing-a-longs. I am training in the following methods of teaching: Bernstein Artful Learning, Multiple Intelligences, and Understanding by Design.

Direct the music, choreography, and sound for Beauty and the Beast Jr. at Hawthorn Middle School North.
