Beth is a dynamic construction professional with a deep commitment to scaling energy efficiency. Based in Providence RI, she has a track record of delivering innovative single family and missing middle residential projects, particularly in net zero and passive building construction.Beth's professional journey began 20 years ago with “tool bags on”, graduating in time to Estimator, Project Engineer, and Project Manager at vanguard design/build firms focused on greenbuilding. As a Special Projects Manager at Unity Homes/Bensonwood in New Hampshire, Beth focused on improvements to the field of high performance, panelized construction. At her recent role at the construction software startup Seamless, Beth lent her knowledge of the industry to leverage offsite and high performance construction and encourage methodologies in support of IECC 2030 goals. Beth's roles also include instructor for the Phius Certified Passive House Builder course, delivering content on building science, construction methods, and high performance theory to support the industry in scaling knowledgeable professionals. She also serves on the board of Passive House RI, a Phius affiliate organization with the aim of supporting delivery of better buildings in Rhode Island.
