Recruited to manage complex projects for multiple clients (Bryn Mawr College, Choate Rosemary Hall and Settlement Music School) and serve as client liaison with design, writing and web teams. Developed tools to assist clients in planning and budgeting, such as Gantt charts, production schedules and implementation timelines. Promoted to direct business development and firm’s marketing efforts, including Google AdWords, print advertising and email/direct mail campaigns, while continuing to fulfill Account Director duties as needed.

Hired into newly created dual role to develop robust marketing strategy for art school as it prepared to celebrate its 200th anniversary and to strengthen its alumni outreach efforts.

Promoted by new VP for Graduate and Professional Studies to fulfill organizational mandate to expand division that served 600+ adult students. Led effort to secure new corporate partners and establish a graduate program. Personally recruited, interviewed and registered all students for the graduate and adult degree programs. Additionally, served as an account manager for off-campus corporate locations; functioned as an advisor to incoming students; and worked with registrar to ensure that students’ credits transferred. Managed five staff and a $500K annual marketing budget.
