Single O is one of the most well known coffee roasters in Sydney.Recognised in the coffee community for striving to source ethically & environmentally sound beans and working hard to craft the perfect blends for our wholesale partners.As head of Technical, I made sure that our customer’s equipment was maintained to the highest standard so the taste and quality of the coffee was enhanced not compromised. Here I worked closely with La Marzocco Au and formed strong skills and relationships in the coffee community.

As part of Coca-Cola Amatil’s National Customer Support team, I looked after the state of Queensland. It was my responsibility to assist the business managers with administration support and hyper care of their accounts. The nature of the role was unpredictable and fast paced; I had to multitask and prioritise my daily tasks effectively.

Coca-Cola Amatil is one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of ready to drink non- alcohol and alcohol beverages, coffee and food snacks in the Asia pacific. I joined CCA as part of the Equipment, Technical and General team where I handled enquiries regarding faults with our equipment and scheduled repairs.I was quickly recognised for my willingness to learn and performance in my role and was promoted to from a consultant to an E Business specialist where I assisted the Airlies business managers with operational tasks and assisted the National sales centre with orders to the Airlines customers, some of which included Qantas, Virgin and D’nata.

The Australian Institute of Fitness is the largest training course provider for Fitness and remedial Massage in Australia. As a career advisor, I helped people make the decision to purchase courses to get qualified in the fitness industry. This included converting warm leads into sales by booking face to face meetings, closing sales in person and over the phone and working towards stats and targets to ensure that I hit my KPI's and exceed expectations. I was lucky enough to receive regular training from Dr Steve Jenson (Impact Training) for this role which is applicable to any position further in my career.

I was employed at one of the Cotswolds favourite luxury Spa Hotels that had just won AA Hotel of the year award 2014-2015. This role enabled me to interact and train a variety of ages and the occasional celebrity! I was recognised for maintaining high levels of customer service and building a strong client base quickly.My main duties were:• Uphold high levels of customer service• Meet and greet guests• Instruct personal training sessions tailored towards the clients’ individual needs.• Perform maintenance checks and clean the machines and training equipment in both gyms.• Instruct ‘Dormy dawdlers’ running club around the Farncombe estate.• Hire, pack (full of bootcamp apparatus) and drive the Landrover Discovery to the estate to instruct fitness boot camps.• Be proactive and organised to keep on top of the gym and manage clients.

I was employed as a Personal Trainer in one of Worcestershire’s leading Spa Hotels. My job enabled me to use my customer service skills as I had constant interaction with the Spa and Health Clubs clientele; my role required me to uphold the following values and practices just to name a handful:• Plan, prepare and instruct Group Exercise classes such as Spin, ‘Abs and Core’ and Circuits, Health MOT’s,• Personal Training, gym inductions and Consultancy sessions.• Instruct Personal Training sessions tailored towards the individual client needs.• Maintenance of Exercise machines and training equipment and ensuring the safety of the members.• Using the computer to take spa and health club bookings efficiently and ensure reservations are confirmed.• Use initiative and be proactive to insure the smooth running of the club when working on my own or as a team.

Whilst initially working for allpay as a Personal Trainer I gained a promotion to Gym Manager then started working in the office as the Managing Directors PA. I was required to be highly organised and well-presented and to carry out a number of tasks for each role in the company, some of which included:• Staff membership control- sign up, inductions and programme designs, managing accounts and usage.• Instructing staff Personal training sessions.• Insuring the smooth running of the gym and equipment.• PA duties such as organising of directors diaries and booking meetings, liaising with different companies on Behalf of the MD and booking flights and accommodation.

I established myself as a reliable and dedicated member of the gym team. I was required to be proactive and work with a small team of gym staff and apprentices to ensure the smooth running of the gym and share out the responsibilities, some of which included:• Instructing Gym inductions, personal training a variety of clients and instructing a variety of Group exercise classes.• Selling Memberships and Personal training packages, creating member profiles on the system and dealing with membership enquiries over the phone, internet and in person.• Stock control/rotation and ordering consumables.• Daily cleaning and gym maintenance checks.• Membership outreach such as leafleting in central Worcester with the mascot.

Whilst working through my apprenticeship I was able to gain experience in different areas as such as the juice bar, school/sports shop and working alongside summer camps and the P.E department in the sports Hall. I worked very closely with the school and Girls which enabled me to gain experience with young people and children. My Tasks included:• Face to face and over the phone communication when making bookings or answering enquires.• Selling uniform and sports clothing/ trainers to the public and school girls.• Selling and preparation of hot and cold food, teas, coffees and alcoholic beverages in the busy juice bar.• Taking centre tours, instructing inductions and fitness MOT’s.• Instructing a variety of Exercise classes for gym members and Pupils.• Lifeguarding in the pool, and instructing indoor Rock climbing sessions when working with the school or the summer camps.• Gym equipment maintenance and maintaining the high standards of cleanliness around the centre.
