Conduct client intakes and onboarding/training of new associates Assist counsel preparing and submitting legal documents and prepare legal briefs, motions, and pleadings. Coordinate trial exhibits by organizing materials, writing documentation and preparing digital materials and displays. Collect, draft and maintain resources to provide comprehensive materials accessible to all firm lawyers. Maintain ongoing communication with opposing parties from discovery to trial phase. Investigate facts and laws to determine cases of action and to prepare cases.
