Regional Training and Exercise Coordination and Support:Planned and assessed training and exercises in an integrated environment. Professional and educational expertise in CBRNE, anti-terrorism preventative measures, and terrorist threats that include the incorporation of all-hazards planning and requirements. Developed, assessed, tracked and reported execution of critical ashore training events identified in CNICs SRTP, NWTS and NTIMS. Coordinated the development, review, evaluation and maintenance of ashore training for all-hazards (environmental and man-made). Advised the Regional Program Director for Training and Readiness (N7) on the following: NMETs, NTIMS, DRRS-N, SRTP and SRP, C3 mission area training. Installation Training Coordinator (ITO/C): ITO/C at a Joint Navy/Air Force Installation responsible for the development and management of the installation training program. Prepared all training plans, developing and assessing the training, readiness and exercise program capabilities. Provided assessment reports identifying deficiencies and capability gaps necessary to enhance the command training program. Provide expertise in the Collective Protection system ship alterations, back-fits, filter installations and change outs. Conducted curriculum reviews to validate all updates to the Basic Engineering Common Core, Chemical, Biological and Radiological-Defense, and Repair Locker Leader courses for the US Navy. Requested to assisted Third Fleet Surgeon General on a new CBRN-E OPTASK as a subject and systems matter expert. Tasked to assist NSWC Crane in Chemical/Biological Detector trouble shooting on IPDS, Shipboard ACADA’s, and DFU’s for all Navy ships in the San Diego area. Selected to train the crew operation and maintenance of the new JBPDS system installed on the west coast ships. Assists NAVAIR in CBR training, M-40 gas mask and JSLIST suit fit test for all deploying squadrons.
