Current- Prepare and maintain daily and monthly key ActionCenter volume reports for business leaders.
- Analyzed changing business requirements and recommend and implement any reporting changes.
- Perform call and email monitoring of team members. Developed a new Call and Email Monitoring Form for the ActionCenter team that better suits today’s goals and system requirements.
- Maintain and develop the ActionCenter Standard Operating Procedures to support new or enhance existing processes, while keeping them organized.
- Accept inbound phone calls and emails from Genworth customers and sales staff.
- Answer or research questions regarding all Genworth MI products including, but not limited to underwriting guidelines, details of specific loans, and multiple web applications.
