Provided school based mental health therapy to students and families in Columbus Public Schools. Duties included case management, facilitating community partnerships between schools and community agencies, and addressing non-academic barriers to learning.

Coordinated work with 6 pilot schools across Ohio in efforts of implementing the Ohio Community Collaboration Model for School Improvement. This model built on the standards-based education initiative by adding attention to other factors in students’ lives that may impact learning. Duties included managing six consultants, facilitating communication between all 6 pilot sites, generating quarterly reports, co-managing a $1.1 million grant, organizing conferences, and presenting the model across Ohio.
