Within this role, I served the departments of Employer Strategies, Occupational Health, Marketing, Wellness, Associate Health and Community Relations. Here are a few examples of what our teams accomplished:- Evolved marketing strategy and branding to be more relevant to key audiences while differentiating Hendricks Regional Health in a highly competitive landscape as the high quality, high touch, high safety and low cost provider in West Central Indiana (moving from a perceived county hospital to an independent, community-based health system).- The above was instrumental in driving market share growth across all service lines; an increased net revenue for the system of over $100 million; and heightened preference for the Hendricks Regional Health brand.- Developed new driver brand, Hendricks Regional Health at Work, for a more strategic approach to employer-directed efforts.- Onboarded six new employer-based health center partners resulting in an additional 12,000+ lives into the system.- Developed a shared employer-based health center model with 12 employer partners.- Added five narrow network employer partners and developed individualized concierge/navigation line.I received the following endorsement from Scott Wyndham, Superintendent, Avon Community School Corporation, related to direct-to-employer strategies at Hendricks Regional Health:'If you are looking for creative ways to control costs while improving healthcare options for your employees, you’ll find no one better than Beth Cisco. Identified changes in the healthcare and marketing environment and/or competitive strategies and evaluated, adjusted, or redrafted organization's marketing and physician relations plans accordingly. At the time, St.Vincent Health was comprised of 23 hospitals/health systems across Indiana.
