Recruit, screen, train, place, support and lead the work of 60+ Senior Companion Program volunteers serving in 30+ community agencies throughout Lane County. Resolve conflicts involving volunteers, community agencies and other involved parties. Assure program compliance with federal grant requirements and Lane Community College policies and procedures. Supervise the work of in-house community volunteers. Develop on-going training curriculum for new and current Companions. Coordinate and conduct site supervisors training, monthly volunteer in-service trainings, recognition efforts and evaluative program components. Cultivate excellent on-going partnerships with involved and potential community agencies. Ensure monthly accurate invoicing and payment of donations from volunteer station community agencies. Analyze budget and in-kind expenditures; track budgetary activity patterns and trends; project future financial needs; and produce fiscal reports. Provide accurate data on an on-going basis for use in federal grant and college reporting.
