After years of working with various marketing contacts as a Senior Account Executive at the most-watched broadcast station in the Joplin, MO market, I truly fell in love with marketing. My organizational and management skills made marketing project management, as well as media buying, a very natural and successful career transition. As the project manager and media buyer at a boutique Midwest ad agency, I was energized by the fast-paced responsibility of managing creatives. Acting as an Account Manager in a client services role, ever day presents new learning and growth moments. The health of our account of nearly 60 best-in-class project managers keeps me laser focused on collaboration, criticial thinking and optimizing process. I love mentoring up-and-coming leaders with tidbits of knowledge and experience which will set them up for success. The day-to-day work streams of insights, media and supplier funded omni-channel campaign collaborations keeps me on my toes and educated in this ever-changing advertising world.I enjoy watching the creative team work their magic while helping keep them on task, on budget, and on time. On the client side, I love meeting people with hopes and dreams of making "something" of their company, and turning those dreams into money-making reality.I also believe in giving back to my community. I feel good when I am doing "good". I am proudly an original volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House of the Four States with over 25 years of service. I believe living a life filled with love for others is only a win-win situation for all.
