This entailed coordinating processes, activities, and systems among 50 dealers and 4 corporate entities and implementing multiple software and communication packages.Software Selection:Worked with cross-functional client teams to redefine current business processes and facilitate the best software choice to meet the needs of a lift truck manufacturer. Led the functional area of product support throughout the process. Project was successfully completed on time and under budget, resulting in the installation of an enterprise-wide solution.Purchasing:Obtained and converted historical purchasing data from overseas subsidiaries to facilitate supplier searches. Completed project within 25% of budget and cut client’s supplier search time on historical parts by half.
