Beth Cobner is a Team Manager - Government Services at Serco. She possess expertise in airline customer services, occupational psychology, leadership, psychometrics, change management and 32 more skills. Colleagues describe her as "Beth joined me for work experience and aided the creation and delivery of an Academy-style assessment project for retail teams to progress to management-level within MANGO stores. Her expertise gained through studying on the MSc at LJMU was invaluable in ensuring an ethical and fair process, whilst also realising psychological theory in practice.
