Lead United Way of Central Indiana's (UWCI) seven-member volunteer engagement team strategies, programs and partnerships for corporate and individual engagement. Promote and execute volunteer, engagement and leadership programs that effectively support UWCI's mission and community impact goals and increase participant's affinity for UWCI. Provide vision and ongoing team goals that align with overarching organization goals for Brand Health, Impact and Fundraising. Oversee development, implementation and use of a fee for service revenue system. Lead a volunteer and engagement participant donor analysis to determine strategies for corporate partner employee engagement and product development and implementation.

Highlights:-Served as a cooperative and supportive team member of the University Advancement team and other units on campus.-Provided leadership and support to the three members of the Office of Alumni and Parent Programs and its volunteer boards and committees.-Expanded the outreach and engagement of 46,000+ alumni through programming, communications and events.

Highlights:-Oversaw 30+ employees across four departments serving collegiate and alumnae members and providing a positive, productive work environment.-Led restructuring of the Collegiate Experience department from regional to functional operations and staffing.-Led creation of assessment tools for volunteers, collegians, programs, strategic plan and staff. -Led enterprise-wide volunteer-engagement restructuring. -Led extension process makeover that led to nine finalist presentations and seven new chapter establishments.-Supported Alpha Chi’s financial stability through effective budgeting, monitoring and dues/fees evaluation.-Maintained and continued to build Alpha Chi’s reputation through multiple leadership roles in interfraternal organizations.

Coordinated, implemented and evaluated educational and enrichment programs for collegiate and alumnae members.

Served as resource and administrative liaison for fraternity and sorority chapter officers, members, advisors, and alumni for a community serving 3,000 Greek students and 47 chapters; implementing leadership conferences and workshops.
