I have 20+ years experience as a chef, with the last 14 being in a leadership role in the Aged Care Sector. I feel it is now time for a new challenge, with a more diverse clientele, and the opportunity for further personal growth.I am a highly organised leader, with a passion for developing teams and bringing out the best in individual members. I have excellent standards in quality, hygiene and food standards and believe in leading from the front. I hold value in maintaining strong relations with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimum service and assist in stock management, and have a firm grip on budgetary and financial parameters.I have also had the opportunity to partake in the Masterclass if the Maggie Beer Foundation, having been awarded a scholarship through the merit scheme. I have also been nominated to participate in a Seek Partnership programme with other Aged Vare Prividoers to promote the Aged Care Sector and encourage a higher quality of candidate to apply for roles in the industry.My ideal position would be that of a leadership role in the health care sector.
