Project Director, Speaker Bureau -Responsible for the management and execution of over 5,000 promotional meetings annually, -Proficient in web platform solutions such as: WebEx, Adobe Connect, - Accountable for the execution of electronic contracting (DocuSign, EchoSign) -Oversee budget development, management, reconciliation and year end close outs -Assist in development, testing, and maintenance of custom internal and external portal and databases -Liaise with internal & external application development teams to analyze sale force rosters and customer target data for front end upload and back end budget and ROI tracking -Negotiate and arrange national accounts for operating teams; conference service vendors, venue chains, audio visual vendors, travel groups and ground service vendors -Develop timelines and SOP’s supporting new projects -Coordinate, develop and submit program materials for copy review/approval inclusive of; launching communications, procedure manuals, guidebooks, presenter welcome letters, invitations and confirmations -Conduct weekly staff meetings to obtain project updates, prioritize issues and maintain communications -Foster relationships with various operating company compliance department contacts to ensure open lines of communications are maintained and rigorous guidelines adhered
