Represented clients in domestic and international civil litigation cases, including but not limited to business and commercial disputes relating to contractual matters; financial issues; environmental, health and safety laws; real estate and property transactions; and breach of fiduciary duties in investment management relationships.Obtained favorable settlement following three weeks of trial in the Southern District of New York on behalf of a manufacturing company seeking approximately $750 million in damages from the defendant corporation for breaches of indemnification obligations arising from a $4 billion acquisition agreement. Served as trial counsel for component of case concerning among other issues, Clean Air Act claims involving over $500 million in potential damages. Coordinated discovery including review of over 30 million documents and production of over 20 million pages.Successfully represented client in a $100 million international financial contract dispute.Performed pro bono services for victims of the Boston Marathon Bombings; volunteered for the End Distracted Driving Program developed by the Casey Feldman Foundation to promote awareness on the dangers of distracted driving to local high schools in Massachusetts.
