I have worked at Stepping Stones for Living for the past five years. I began as a part-time direct care staff while obtaining my bachelors degree in Psychology. After graduating from UMD, I started as a Senior House Supervisor, overseeing two homes, 8 clients, and about 15 staff. I was then promoted and became one of the two Behavior Analysts at Stepping Stones for 64 clients. I throughly enjoy my job, both the work I do and the clientele I serve, and I am always looking to further my education and better myself in my career.
