I am 2023 graduate of Chaminade University in Honolulu with dreams of working for the Federal Government as a drug enforcement agent. While other people may enjoy office jobs, I want a more action-based job. My interest in the Federal Government and working for a three letter agency, specifically the Drug Enforcement Agency, has brought my attention to cases and news stories covering illicit drugs,and the drug cartels, that bring those drugs across the U.S. borders. My final summer I will pursue an internship in the sheriff office of Santa Barbara County. This internship will provide me invaluable experience, and be a positive factor for when I graduate and apply for agent jobs. I plan to graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice with minors in Forensic Science and Psychology. After graduation in May, 2023, I hope to stay in Hawaii or California (and move if necessary) to begin work as a DEA.
