Assisted the Vice Chancellor with calendar management, administrative support and travel planning. Supported Academic Affairs with faculty interviews and hiring, faculty research website coordination, departmental event planning, and provided administrative support for the Diversity Council and the Council of Faculty Representatives.

Worked with the Orientation and Student Enrollment teams in a part time position. Coordinated nine ROAR orientation events throughout the year for incoming freshmen and transfer students. Primarily responsible for development of student planner publishing, logistics, agenda development, attendance tracking, email marketing, and day of event coordination.
