Currently, volunteering for the Allen Community Outreach Resale Shop and for HEBISD Book Swap Vendor Fair. October 1st 2018 Planned and coordinated with team to hold the City of Euless Plant Swap at NEOLA (North Euless Outdoor Learning Area at North Euless Elementary). This was a free city event and we chose the location of NEOLA to showcase this outdoor classroom, which is the only one of this type in our district. We are launching the Friends of NEOLA program to recruit and retain community volunteers to keep NEOLA well-maintained and flourishing. The greater vision is to be the model for the outdoor learning area so that it can be a component in every elementary school in the district. Oct. 4 2018 - Brought neighbors from our street together with the North Euless Elementary PTA community to have a National Night Out event at the school to build community relations and show our support for the fire and police departments.

Recently promoted to site director for after-school care for up to 100 children ages 5 to 12, including tutoring, supervision, and discipline. Managed 4 staff and customer relations with parents and school employees. Designed and supervised art and craft activities. Managed paperwork and followed policies for district. Implemented a "kids' suggestion box" for students to suggest crafts or science projects that they would like to present to their classmates.

Maintaining day-to-day operations of the finance office which included oversight and control of invoices, requisitions, departmental budgets, and travel authorizations. Oversaw and assisted with the conversion to the new Peoplesoft and Kronos timekeeper systems. Prepared well-written reports and documentation for the financial officer.

Managed the office which included service to heavy traffic of students, faculty, and staff with room scheduling, work order requests, and key distribution for the art school building. Increased building security by implementing a new database to track use of rooms and keys for art building.

Edited and performed layout for customers’ biographies and/or writing. Conducted interviews with customers for their family biography or creative writing.
