Maintain all permanent records and process transcripts, court reports and education verifications. Work with numerous stakeholders to facilitate enrollment for transfer-in students and withdrawing students. Collaborate with guidance counselors and ESL/Special Education coordinators to ensure proper placement of students in classes. Adhere to FERPA and school laws related to student records and privacy.

Train, mentor and advise current instructors and student teachers of Spanish on all aspects of scheduling, curriculum development, classroom management, and teacher performance. Work with students on academic and professional goals, and creating plans for educational success. Plan and implement financial, logistical and educational aspects of special events such as leadership workshops, service learning retreat, and student trips.
