 Responsible for the large and small group sales in the Dayton and Cleveland offices. Process requests for quote on groups 51 and up. Deal with company representatives, client and broker contacts; Responsible for all sold case processing – Accepted sold cases and contacted broker and/or group for any missing information that was needed to process case; Responsible for all service on groups; Responsible for comparison quotes – Reviewed quotes and contacted broker/group if quote was comparable to current renewal rates; Responsible for small group renewals – Reviewed renewal listing for month and would contact the broker/group to let them know what renewals were coming up and their rate increase. Educate the broker/group on plan options with current carrier or options with other companies that Cornerstone represented.

 Supported the sales organization of this group insurance brokerage, including the administration of a sophisticated web-based group benefits management system. Taught staff members how to use various aspects of the web-based system. Worked with salespeople to solicit necessary insurance information from new clients and to enter their insurance information into the web-based system. Ran live system demos for prospective clients, prospective investors, and strategic business partners in support of new salespeople and the company president. Maintained ACT database for sales force. Handled insurance issues on behalf of salespeople, including request for quotes, policy documentation and customer service issues. Supported 3-6 sales representatives at anytime.
