The responsibilities of this position are diverse, including coordinating with the production, quality, and technical teams to ensure that customers' enquiries and orders are efficiently managed. While operating as part of a team, I am accountable for overseeing my work area preparing quotations and processing orders, as well as following up on quotations to ensure we have provided the right products for the customer at a competitive price. Managing projects, from initial inquiry to delivery, requires me to have a thorough knowledge of the processes and work alongside the rest of the team to ensure the customer receives the best possible outcome and in a timely manner.
