Responsible for providing clinical and operational oversight to a team of providers. These providers include experienced Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses (RNs) who provide health care to patients enrolled in the CareSight Program in Buffalo and Rochester, NY. CareSight is a comprehensive high-risk population care program that lowers costs while delivering better health outcomes.
