Administrative Manager
As the Administrative Manager, I served local families through the initiation and continuation of their childcare needs. I reported to the Director with daily business, accounting and administrative responsibilities. My 30 years of experience demonstrate my reliability, continuation of growth and dedication to my work. Specifically, my work experience at the center include: ▪ Preparation of reports, tracking expenses, budget preparation and readied the business for company audits ▪ Calendar Management: coordinating team, parent and leadership meetings, and scheduling employees ▪ Managed employees - ensured tasks were completed and employees were in the right place at the correct time. ▪ Interfacing directly with customers and suppliers ▪ Worked with clients to see that their needs were met; created contracts for service; developed positive relationships. ▪ Assisted in the execution of grant requests, contracts and vouchers for services with local government entities ▪ Created budgets and financial reports required by senior levels of leadership—Board Chair and Treasurer. ▪ Worked with leadership team directly to establish current state of the Center, and influence the desired future of the organization ▪ Coordinated a variety of community events to promote the Childcare Center locally
