I am an accomplished leader with over 20 years in professional services before transitioning to executive coaching and founding Beth Dewitt Coaching. I am known for my strategic insights and empathetic approach, guiding individuals and organizations toward excellence by fostering inclusivity, a growth mindset, and purpose, driving results and accountability. I excel at supporting clients in aligning their personal values with their professional ambitions, developing resilience, and cultivating a strong sense of self. I have led purpose-driven teams, advised clients on business-aligned risk management processes, and launched initiatives that center the human experience through a lens of equity and impact. My coaching journey is driven by the belief that when individuals cultivate self-trust and authenticity, they can lead with greater impact and effectiveness.I am a former National Leader and Partner at Deloitte Canada, where I focused on Cybers Security, Data Protection and Privacy. I also founded Deloitte Global's Women In Cyber initiative, which aims to dismantle gender-based barriers in cyber careers by offering structured coaching and mentorship for emerging women leaders and attracting top talent to the firm. I was a member of Deloitte Canada's Board of Directors, playing a key role in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) working group and serving on the Strategy, Ethics, and Risk Committee. I hold an undergraduate degree from Dalhousie University and a graduate degree from York University. I currently Chair the Board of Directors for Fora: Network for Change as well as the Abiona Centre Board of Directors, and a member of the Board of Governors of the Montcrest School .
